If the order is delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then the flowers will be brought back to the shop and additional charges will apply for re-delivery. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering. Refunds will not be possible once a delivery attempt has been made.
